New Firearm Transfer Laws for 2024
Here is a link to a graphic explaining the new Firearm Transfer laws. If you are selling a firearm and need help or clarification on what to do, consult an FFL holder who should be able to help. Here is a link to download the current Firearm Sales Record RI-060 Form as of January 2026. Always check to ensure you are using the latest version of the RI-60 Form to ensure compliance.
