Kid’s Fishing Contest – Free Fishing Weekend June 8th 2024

The Houghton Lake Association is hosting a Fishing Contest for Kids on June 8th during the Free Fishing Weekend. The organizers have asked the HLSC for Volunteers to help out during the event. The Kids will win prizes for things like largest fish, smallest fish and others. Kids can catch and release or if they want, can receive assistance cleaning their catch to take it home for dinner.

The HLSC is donating $100 to help out with the cost of the stocked Fish along with any donations HLSC Members choose to make at the monthly meetings.
